It all started during Covid when Ram Maali, a gardener with 20 years of experience, made a request for mobile phones for his children, so that they could study online. He was very clear, though, that he wanted to earn the mobile phones. To help him achieve this, he beautifully potted 100 Jade and Money Plants, which were then sold as gifts. Ram Maali’s children got their mobiles and so did 200 other children studying in government schools in Gurgaon.

CREATING JOY was born.

Post-Covid, with many communities struggling to sell their products, the process of identifying communities that needed support started. Today, Creating Joy is a social enterprise with the mission of providing a platform for these identified differently privileged communities to upskill and upscale sustainably. We utilize the products made by them to craft beautiful and unique gifting solutions for our clients.

Creating Joy is based on the much-advocated vedic philosophy of "Sarve Bhavantu Sukhinah", which advocates that all human beings have the right to be happy, joyful and prosperous.
